Do your study guides cover all topics in my textbook?

Our study guides don’t contain every single concept, calculation, disease, or topic you may find in your textbook, but it does cover most of them. We have made our best effort to include the most important topics, which are the most likely to be tested on during pharmacy school. And our content is aligned with the competencies that are expected for the NAPLEX.

Are your study guides suitable for international pharmacy students?

Our study guides are designed for postgraduate pharmacy programs (MPharm, PharmD) and are based on the latest evidence-based guidelines. The pharmacology, clinical recommendations, and algorithms included are broadly applicable. However, please note that we are based in the US, so we do not include specific references to the BNF formulary, CDR recommendations, or other region-specific guidelines.

While the pharmaceutical principles and clinical decision-making frameworks in our guides are universally relevant, individual drug selections and practices may vary based on local healthcare systems. If you have any specific concerns or questions about how our guides apply to your region, please feel free to reach out to us.

How will I receive my digital purchase?

Upon completing your purchase you will be immediately provided a download link to your product(s). You will also be emailed a link to your download(s) on your order receipt. If you don’t receive your downloads, wait 15 minutes. You may also want to check your email spam folder. If you still haven’t received your purchase, please contact us.

I purchased a product and didn't get it!

If it’s not in there, don’t worry, sometimes technology isn’t as reliable as we think. Please send us an email. We will check your payment and email you the product directly.

Are any of your products available in hardcopy?

Can I share my download with other students?

Simply put, no. Please respect our Terms of Service and Personal Use License policies.

Please direct your friends to our website so that they can buy the product themselves.

You may:

Use the digital products for personal use only.

Use the digital products in educational materials.

You may not:

Give the digital products to anyone else.

Place the digital products on the internet (even a personal, classroom, or school/college website)

Sharing our digital products is in violation of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

What software do I need to download digital products?

A link to download the PDF will be provided on your order receipt. The
download requires the previous installation of a PDF reader, like Adobe Acrobat (which is free).

Do my download links expire/have a download limit?

Your download links may expire after 90 days. Due to this time limit, please download and save the PDF to your computer, not your mobile device. It is very important to save the file somewhere you can find it easily in the future.

I need a new download link because I lost my link, my computer broke and I lost all my files, etc.

If you lose your link and need a new one within 30 days of your purchase, just contact us. After that point, it is our policy not to provide new download links. We suggest that you backup your files in the cloud or on an external device for safety.

How do I download my purchase? (iPad or iPhone)

I recommend Safari over Chrome or Firefox for this process. Being Apple’s own browser, it integrates seamlessly with your iPad’s Files app and more.

Since you’re downloading a PDF document, it will open in Safari. To save or use the file:

  1. Click the Share icon (up arrow) in top right of Safari
  2. A menu appears, showing a range of apps to send the file to, or options to save the file
  3. To OPEN/IMPORT the file, click the icon of your preferred app
  4. To SAVE the file, scroll down to “Save to Files”
  • This allows you to save your document to the iPad “Files” app, which connects to any of your cloud and local iPad storage locations.
  • Once saved, go to the app you wish to open the file in, and open/import from the location which you saved it.

ACCESS

Can I have my product as a Word document?

Our resources are provided as PDFs to maintain formatting as well as document security. I am not able to provide them as Word documents

The PDF is asking for a password?!

Regarding the file security, you can open and print the file. It is secured so that you cannot copy or edit the PDF.

Can I use the PDF in GoodNotes?

To import the our resources into Goodnotes, first you will need to have them saved as PDF files.

Printing

How do I print a PDF?

All our files are ready to be printed. Quality may differ according to your printer factors.

 • You can use Acrobat Reader to open these files.

• Download this software for free at https://www.adobe.com

• Open the file in Acrobat Reader – Select “ACTUAL SIZE” in your printer settings

• Print.

If you plan to print your study guide at a commercial print shop (i.e., Staples, Office Max), please get in touch with me BEFORE you visit the print shop. I may need to provide a print release that permits you to print the PDF files, per their copyright policy. I am happy to give the required print release upon request.

Refunds

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, PharmDtoBe Guides is not able to accept returns. All sales are final.

However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. So if
you encounter any issue with one of our files within the 30 day refund
policy period, please contact us right away at contact@pharmdtobeguides.com. Please view our Refund/Returns Policy for more details on eligible refunds.
